The purchase of a home is one of the most important decisions you can make. Finding that just right home, timelines that must be met, the lending process, negotiations and unanticipated issues can result in a stressful experience. Having your potential new home inspected is not only an important and informative step in this process, but can be instrumental in making the correct decision. Hiring an experienced, thorough and conscientious home inspector is of the utmost importance. I began performing inspections in 2014 after spending more than 30 years in the service industry. I believe that providing a product or service that results in a satisfied customer/client is the most important asset of any business. I encourage the clients to be there during the inspection and will take the opportunity, at that time, to point out any concerns and explain the situation. As well, I am always available after the inspection to answer any questions or clarify any of the findings.
